The STD-3300 dual-channel vibration analyzer is a key tool for troubleshooting and balancing rotating machinery such as turbines, compressors, pumps, electric motors, fans, generators, etc.
Features
Effective troubleshooting with high frequency resolution (0.02 Hz) and the ability to perform balancing on two planes have made the STD-3300 a key tool for detecting machinery defects.
Small size, light weight, 8 hours of continuous operation of this device, along with special capabilities for complete data analysis on the device itself, including orbit display, time waveform, frequency spectrum and envelope analysis, have made it a significant hit in the industry.
This device is capable of transferring a large amount of stored information to the PC by having 2GB of internal memory and creating a route and providing the user with the powerful features available in the VibroDesigner troubleshooting software such as trend display, time signal display, statistical parameters, frequency analysis, capstrom analysis, water fall display, Nyquist diagram, etc. for more detailed examinations. In addition, the high-resolution display provides numerous analysis features on the device for on-site troubleshooting.
The presence of two analog inputs, one tacho input and automatic detection of the sensor type and sensitivity allows working with any type of ICP, TEDS and proximator sensor, etc., helping the user to perform troubleshooting operations as easily as possible.
Long-term high-frequency measurement to record transient events and impact testing are unique features of this device.
